My Story

My path into this work began while collaborating with my brother at the Harvard iLabs, learning about rare forms of cancer and confronting a broader reality, not only how difficult it can be to change outcomes once disease has progressed, but also how limited many approaches are when it comes to ongoing treatment and pain management.

That experience shifted how I thought about health. It drew my attention earlier in the process, toward the role of stress, the nervous system, and the patterns that shape the body long before anything is formally diagnosed, as well as how people are supported while they are actively navigating illness.

From there, I began exploring complementary and integrative practices, not as an alternative to medicine, but as an extension of what I felt was missing from the conversation.

After completing my graduate studies at Harvard, I spent a year immersed in training to become a Reiki Master. I then moved to San Francisco and continued my career in technology, leading product and go-to-market work across AI and data infrastructure. That experience shaped how I approach complex, evolving spaces. I learned how to define systems, establish clear boundaries, and build trust through structure, especially in environments where data, outcomes, and accountability matter.

As I deepened my work in Reiki, breathwork, and nervous system regulation alongside that, I began to recognize a familiar pattern. These modalities can be meaningful and widely practiced, yet they often operate without the structures that allow a field to scale with credibility, shared definitions, clear ethical frameworks, and responsible ways of understanding outcomes beyond personal experience. The absence was not conceptual, it was structural.

Through Bravo Conscious Health, I work directly with individuals in private sessions, small groups, and community settings, including ongoing offerings at the Soulbarn at Serenbe and the Serenbe Yoga Studio . My sessions integrate biofield therapy, precision frequency medicine, and breathwork to support regulation and restoration in a way that is both structured and responsive to the individual.

This practice is where the work is lived. It is where I see how people respond, where patterns emerge, and where responsibility to the individual comes first.

In parallel, I am developing RAPHI, a broader effort to bring data discipline, ethical frameworks, and system-level structure to integrative care, so that these modalities can be engaged with more clarity, responsibility, and credibility over time.

Across both, my focus remains consistent: to approach this work with integrity, to stay grounded in what can be observed and experienced, and to support meaningful, lasting shifts in how people feel in their bodies.
